Feedback is an important part of business today. You need to know what your customers think about the software/service you provide so that you can improve your software/service. If you have a blog/site you need to understand your readers and need to know what they feel about your blog/site. You need to understand your customer in order to serve them better. The best way to ask a question to your customers is  through polls. Nobody is going to write a 250 words feedback for you. Polls are the easiest way to get customer feedback with just few clicks. Twtpoll allows you to create polls and tweet it to your Twitter profile. You can even share the poll in your facebook profile, myspace, orkut prfile, google buzz, LinkedIn profile etc. You can also create surveys with Twtpoll.You have an option of branding your polls as well.

To create a poll click on Create a Poll. In the next step you have to enter the Twitter name. Then enter the type of question you want to ask your customers, the question and finally the answer choices.

After this you have to select the closing date and time for the poll. There is an option to allow multiple votes from a single ip address. Choose this option if you are conducting the poll/survey in the same network. Click on Create a Poll and the poll gets created. Now you need to sign in with your Twitter account to tweet the poll.
