Samsung has officially announced that the handsets for its Galaxy Note and Galaxy S2 mobile phones have been made the first handsets for mobile devices to win such green certification, with the award of the official carbon footprint certification from The Carbon Trust - a not-for-profit group, dedicated to cutting carbon emissions.
